This unit was originally an unfurnished base model for this beautiful development built over the water. After the previous deluxe unit was sold, the developers brought me in to upgrade the base model. In 6 weeks we were able to transform it into an high-end, inviting seaside retreat.

Wood floors were added on the main floor along with a fireplace in the living room. Cabinets were painted, crown molding added, laminate counters were replaced with granite. The master bathroom had a tile tub surround with glass accents added to complement the new cabinets, countertop, mirror & lights. A little coffee bar area was added so you didn’t have to wander far from the fantastic, over the water, sunrise. Closets received wonderful organization with the custom closet systems. Furnishings throughout were done in fun summer colors that set the tone for summertime relaxation. The custom window treatments added a finishing touch, but didn’t block the views. Accessories, right down to the place settings allowed buyers to visualize themselves enjoying a Northern Michigan summer on the water.
